Grammy Winner, Tems Diversifies Investment Into San Diego FC

Just two weeks after bagging Grammy award for Best African Music Performance, Temilade Openiyi, popularly known has Tems has become co-owner of MSL Team, San Diego FC.
Tems announced partnership with San Diego FC in a multimedia post on her official Instagram page.
In the video she posted, Tems expressed delight and enthusiasm about her partnership with the MSL side, noting that “I’ve always loved soccer. I’ve always loved sports. Music and sport are similar in a way, as they both give opportunities to young talents. I truly believe this is going to impart many lives. I can’t wait for the season to start.”
Corroborating her announcement, San Diego FC also welcomed her into the team with an Instagram post. “sandiegofc From Lagos to San Diego. GRAMMY Award-Winning, Oscar Nominated Nigerian singer-songwriter @temsbaby joins San Diego FC ownership group as a club partner.”, San Diego FC stated
